DSG 6 (DQ250) valve body repair
We repair the DSG 6 (DQ250) valve body, fitted to Audi, Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen. There are 16 listings below — every one a repair of your own unit, rebuilt and returned to the same car.
When does a valve body need repairing?
The usual signs are:
- slipping between specific gears
- flaring on upshifts
- pressure-regulation codes
- contaminated fluid after a long service interval
Find your vehicle in the list above, or search by the number printed on the unit — the same hardware is often sold under several part numbers.
How the repair works
Send the unit to us and we test it, rebuild it and test it again on the bench before it goes back — usually within 2–5 working days. Replacement units require your original to be sent in for data transfer, and mechatronic units need adaptation once refitted; we tell you which applies to your part before you order. Repairs in this section carry a 12-month warranty, and replacement units 12 months. See how to order for the full process.
