DSG 7 DQ200 Valve Body replacement

12-month warrantyExchange or no exchangeData transfer on exchangeOn-site fitting available

Brand-new DSG 7 DQ200 Valve Body for Audi, Seat and Skoda models, supplied with or without exchange. This listing covers part number 0AM325065S.
Replacement (exchange) — a brand-new unit with data transfer included: send us your original, we copy its coding and adaptation data onto the new unit so it goes in without programming, and yours stays with us as the exchange. Usually turned round in 2–5 working days (12-month warranty).
Replacement (no exchange) — the same brand-new unit bought outright. Keep your old one, nothing to send back. It is supplied without your vehicle’s data, so it needs coding and adaptation with a diagnostic tool after fitting (12-month warranty).
Replacement & fitting — bring the car to our workshop in Uffculme, Devon, and we fit and set up the new unit while you wait.

Not sure the valve body is the cause? The symptoms and the fault codes we see on this unit are listed under Common Faults. If your codes differ, send them over before ordering and we will confirm the valve body is the right part to replace.

Which vehicles does this valve body fit?

This unit is used across Audi, Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen. Check your exact model and year under Matching Vehicles, or compare the number printed on your own unit with the part numbers listed on this page. The same hardware often appears under several part numbers — call 01884 798090 if yours is not shown.

Prefer not to fit the unit yourself?

Choose Replacement & Fitting and bring the vehicle to our workshop in Uffculme, Devon. We remove the old unit, fit and set up the replacement and road-test the car before you drive away, usually the same day.

Frequently asked questions

Exchange or no exchange — which should I choose?

Exchange is the usual choice: send us your original unit and we transfer its coding and adaptation data onto the new one, so it goes in without programming, and the old unit stays with us. Choose no exchange if you want to keep your old unit or cannot send it in. The price is higher because nothing comes back to us, and the unit has to be coded and adapted with a diagnostic tool after fitting.

How long does an exchange take?

We aim to transfer the data and dispatch the replacement within 2–5 working days of your original unit arriving. Should it take longer, we will contact you with an update. It goes out on a tracked service. If you cannot be without the car, choose the no-exchange option or on-site fitting.

My part number isn’t in the list — can you still help?

Usually yes. The same hardware appears under many part numbers. Send us a photo of the label or call 01884 798090 and we’ll confirm before you order.

What warranty do I get?

All replacement units carry a 12-month warranty, with or without exchange. See Returns & Warranty for the full terms.

Does it need setting up after fitting?

Yes — basic settings and clutch adaptation have to be carried out with a diagnostic tool once the unit is in the car. Fresh transmission fluid and a filter are strongly recommended at the same time.

How It Works

  1. Place your order online — add the service you need to your basket. Before the item is added we ask for your vehicle details and fault codes, so we know exactly what we are working on.
  2. Send us your unit — replacements are supplied on an exchange basis, so we need your original unit to transfer its coding data. Prefer to program the new unit yourself? Order first and send your original afterwards.
  3. We do our part — we transfer your data to the new unit and test it, usually within 2–5 working days.
  4. Tracked return delivery — by DHL Express or DPD, ready for installation.

On-site fitting — choose the on-site option and call us to book a slot. We remove, repair and refit the unit while you wait (usually 2–3 hours) and road-test the car before you drive away.
