  5. Return Shipment: Your repaired item will be shipped back to you, carefully packed and tracked.

Note: If the unit sent to us is not faulty, we will charge only a test fee, along with packaging and postage costs. Please see our test fee and postage charges.

  1. Contact Us: Call to discuss your repair needs and schedule an appointment.
  2. Diagnosis & Repair: Our technicians will diagnose the issue and remove, repair, reinstall the faulty component, usually within 2-3 hours (depends on the unit type).
  3. Test Drive: After the successful repair, we will take your vehicle for a test drive to ensure everything works perfectly.
  4. Payment & Collection: Pay for the service and drive away with your restored vehicle.
Replacement

Replacement Units

  1. Place Your Order: Please contact us with your faulty unit's part number so we can check the availability of a replacement unit.
  2. Ship Your Original Unit: Carefully pack and send your original unit to us.
  3. Data Transfer Process: We will transfer all necessary data from your original unit to ensure the replacement is fully compatible with your vehicle. Some units can be programmed without the original unit (please check with a member of our staff).
  4. Self-Programming (Optional): If you prefer to program the replacement unit yourself and send your original unit later, contact our customer service. A deposit will apply until we receive your original unit.
  5. Return Shipment: Once the data transfer or programming is complete, we will send your replacement unit to you, ready for installation. Please be aware that some mechatronic units will require an adaptation procedure after installation, which must be carried out with the relevant diagnostic tools.

Note: All replacement units are sold on an exchange basis. You must return your original unit to complete the process.
