How long will I be without the unit?

Replacement units normally leave us within 2–5 working days of receiving your original. Should it take longer, we will contact you with an update. It comes to you on a tracked service. Ask about on-site fitting if you need the car back the same day.

Yes — basic settings and clutch adaptation have to be carried out with a diagnostic tool once the unit is back in the car. Fresh transmission fluid and a filter are strongly recommended at the same time.

We do our part — we transfer your data to the new unit and test it, usually within 2–5 working days.
Tracked return delivery — by DHL Express or DPD, ready for installation.

On-site fitting — choose the on-site option and call us to book a slot. We remove, repair and refit the unit while you wait (usually 2–3 hours) and road-test the car before you drive away.
